Onboarding new colleagues

Five to six times a year, we assist a large growing company in onboarding new colleagues. Each time involveing 60-120 people.

Together with the client, we embark on a 3-day journey through nature, and nature serving as their learning platform. Participants camp outdoors and navigate through nature. The program offers an intensive learning experience on individual development, behavior, and the company’s culture.

Along the way, there are both indoor and outdoor learning sessions where participants face team and group dilemmas.

Q-Courage ensures all safety and equipment. It's the client's program, but we closely collaborate with them on scheduling, route selection, and activities to ensure the optimal program.
